The project’s main objective is to explore and describe the everyday life of secondary technical school in socialist Czechoslovakia. The project will be based on a historiographic approach – the history of everyday life. Oral history will be used as the primary research method: interviews will be conducted with the respondents who will represent key actors of school education and life – the teachers (contemporaries) at secondary technical schools. The oral history method will be supplemented by a study of available archival resources stored in the National Archives, the Moravian Land Archives and the Brno Archives.|
