Project description:
The main goal of this research is to evaluate the importance and influence of strategic management in SMEs primarily focused on e-commerce for long-term strategic development. The partial objective is to identify strengths and weaknesses of SMEs primarily focused on e-commerce in the strategic management in e-commerce and to propose solutions that will enable them to strengthen their strategic position. The research sample is SMEs based in the CR primarily focused on e-commerce from B2C. The main output is to propose a strategic management model strengthening the strategic position of monitored SMEs.
