|Technological innovation is one of the new forces driving changes in the labour markets of both developing and developed countries. The extent of influence on employment is relative and largely dependent on multiplicity of factors. The focus of this study is to assess the role of technology on the changing structure of the labour market in Czech Republic with emphasis on employment. It covers events such as before the global financial crises and also takes into consideration the gender dimension.|
