Summary: Continuous adjustment and development of business functions in respective business entities can be discussed as one of the basic approaches for meeting goals of sustainable competitiveness and development of business entities. Considering this fact, certain EU policies are focused mainly on support of innovative processes consist of partial activities complex with various time and financial needs. Specifically then small and medium enterprises (SME) have opportunities to finance innovative processes by inclusion of EU public financing resources.
