Title of the thesis:Human resource management in health care facility
Summary:The present academic work deals with current issues in human resource management in Martin Faculty Hospital. The theoretical part given insight into the issue of human resource management and describes the processes which are from the perspective of the selected organization critical. This are especially areas of human resource planning, recruitment and selection of staff, education of employees and social welfare of employees. The practical part evaluates the processes in Martin Faculty Hospital and also addresses the issue of organizing work hours of medical employees in the workplace. This chapter is crucial for the work, since the current one-shift model with overtimes causes problems in particular with the Labour Code provisions on overtime. The proposed model is therefore developed by a system of continuous employment service whose application in practice could reduce critical number of overtime hours and reduce the total wages cost. The thesis will therefore serve as a basis for further decisions of top management of the hospital on changes in the organization of working time of doctors.
