Title of the thesis:
Mobility of Highly Skilled Labour in ASEAN Member States
|This bachelor thesis deals with mobility of highly skilled labour in ASEAN member states. The literature-based review of ASEAN member states' laws and provisions is central to the case study. Factors influencing the scope of movement of highly skilled human resources are defined along with barriers to their free flows. The main focus is on regional policies and regulations affecting movement, employment and stay of natural persons at specified educational level. The second part of this thesis is comparing the mobility of highly skilled labour in ASEAN with mobility of equally qualified personnel in other regional organisations or agreements. Options and recommendations for dealing with the issues are eventually formed.|
