Title of the thesis:Employee Benefits
Summary:Vilímová, M. Employee Benefits. Diploma Thesis. Brno, 2012 The aim of this work is to determine satisfaction with employee benefits provided by the company Babcock Borsig in Steinmüller CZ s.r.o. The main goal of this thesis lies in a proposing a more efficient system of employee benefits that would motivate the employees to long-term cooperation with the firm and to perform better working results. The situation is evaluated on the basis of quantitative research carried out in the company. Proposal of a new solution of employee benefits in the company includes the cafeteria system in connection with using various passes and thus the tax reliefs of the legislation. The new system combines the fixed system the employees are used to and faithfulness, which leads to greater loyalty to the company. A partial goal of this thesis is to determine differences and interesting facts in the functioning of employee benefits in the Czech Republic, European countries and the world and outline the trends of this sector in the future. For a broader assessment were chosen the countries from different continents. The situations in individual countries are essentially the same and the biggest influences on the nuances have cultural differences and diverse legislation.
