|Abstrakt:||This thesis deals with the recruitment of employees for the position active telemarketing operator in the joint stock company Proveon. The theoretical part of the thesis compares the opinions of individual authors, which derives from knowledge useful for examining the issue. One of the objectives of this study is to evaluate the structure of telemarketing operators by gender, age and the educational attainment, compare the number of active employees in 2010 to the year 2011 and find out the measure of labour turnover in Proveon in 2010 and 2011. As was found by comparing the number of telemarketing operators in the year 2010 and 2011, these values are not positive for the company. We suggested to the management of the joint stock company Proveon to hold current work schedule and as a part of this thesis, was further recommended to long-term motivate the employees. Another objective is to assess the satisfaction of current employees and find out what is motivating for them and what not. Based on the results of a questionnaire survey conducted in Proveon are designed specific recommendations to improve the satisfaction of current employees in order to reduce the high labour turnover in the company and to enhance the level of Proveon by proposing more attractive employee benefits. We suggested some improvements and ideas of financial benefits for the company Proveon as are awards for the best employees of the month and of the year and appreciation of the long-term cooperation. The main idea of these purposes is to maintain the current employees in the company as long as possible and to create from them the group of operators with the best qualities. Then they can motivate other employees for better performance too. Based on the appreciation of the long-term cooperation the operators should feel more comfortable, useful, satisfied etc. We suggested not only improvement of the financial benefits but we gave some recommendations for the implementation of the meal tickets and refreshment too. We would like to suggest to the company Proveon to connect the meal tickets and the refreshment with the competitions, make them more attractive and simultaneously to satisfy the employees' needs and desires. We suggested the implementation of the daily competitions, the competition rules and conditions and we calculated the costs. In the end of the results are mentioned other own suggestions and recommendations for the company. There is proposed the implementation of the cafeteria system where is described the process and calculated the costs.|
