|Aim of the course and learning outcomes: |
The aim of the course is to provide students comprehensive information on general postulates as a base for successful achievement of project goals and on soft and qualifying skills of executive project manager, generally called as leadership. Become familiar with efficient communication principles between a leader and lower-level managers responsible for processing of particular project tasks. Students acquire knowledge of targeted usage of motivators to achieve submitter requirements on time. Gain the overview about ethics significance, ethics and principles of successful business negotiating, rules of social behaviour for managers and types of business partnership meetings.

The time competition theory, the learning organization theory, the human relations theory, the tacit knowledge theory. The leadership skills level within working group theory, the decision-making process theory.
