Aim of the course and learning outcomes:
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the planning and management activities necessary to achieve a high level of process performance and identify opportunities to improve quality, operational performance and continuous customer satisfaction.
The teaching of the course also includes the Process Management
acquaint students with the proposals, management and control and improving key processes of the organization.
