Aims of the course:
Course will clarify the role of the European Union not only in the EU member states, but also policy and economy in the world order. Lectures will be divided into several thematic areas. Individual blocks will explain the origins of the European Communities, the theoretical and paradigmatic approaches to the development of EC / EU institutional arrangements, instruments and arrangement of selected policies and methods of decision making system in the present EU. Attention will be paid to current trends in the EU, the euro area and the Community relations with other regions in the world.

-Ability to understand current international political situation within Central Europe, EU and globally

-Understanding of institutional Framework of the EU.
-Understanding of the role EU plays in the global politics.
