Aim of the course and learning outcomes:
The objective of the course is the introduction of fundamental psychosocial proceses and their application in work with people and further, development of various competencies and self_reflection of an effective manager, development of interpersonal skills and team-work.

Basic terms of managerial psychology (allowance 8/8)
Social communication, negotiation training
Strategies for conflict solving
Personality typology for managers

Assessment methods:
Exam, written assignment and presentation in groups.

The final exam is a 25 minute long written test (20 multiple-choice questions - a/b/c/d). Maximum is 20 point, minimum to pass is 12 points. Relative weight of test results on the overall results is 34 %.

Students elaborate in teams a written assignment on given topic and present their results on one of the seminars. Both assignment and presentation are evaluated by the tutor of the course. Relative weight of evaluation of both parts on the overall results is 33 % (33 % assignment, 33 % presentation).

Minimal required results of all 3 parts in order to pass the course and recieve credits is E (good).
