Aims of the course:
The aim of this course is to explain administrative law (the fundamentals of public administration).
Course contents:

c.Sources of Administrative Law

2.Administrative Law 2 Special parts (allowance 14/7)
a.Internal Administration
b.Further parts of administrative law

Learning outcomes and competences:
Generic competences:

-Ability to contribute to public interest protection in compliance with EU standards

Assessment methods:
Active participation in at least 70% of class exercises and seminars and submission of all required homework (with passing grade). The examination is written and in the form of answering given questions which are evaluated by means of points. To pass the examination, it is necessary to achieve at least 50 pts. According to the number of acquired points students gain their mark according to the ECTS scale.
