Aims of the course:
To acquaint students with problems of land consolidation in the context of the adopted laws, guidelines. Furthermore, the aim is to familiarize students with records of land ownership and real estate held in the Czech Republic. Through exercises students learn the basic procedures to address claims of owners, the basics of working with maps of land consolidation and how to design the new structure of land resources.

2.2.The development and registration of the ownership of land (allowance 2/0)

3.3. Land consolidation and legislation (allowance 6/0)
 
a.3.1 Law on Land Registry
b.3.2 The law on registration of ownership rights to property

d.3.4 The Law on Protection of Land Resources, Land Act

4.4.Maps, mapping, maps in land, determining assessment (allowance 4/0)
5.5. The rights owners, the price of land, a list of demands (allowance 4/10)
 
a.5.1 Development of simple land consolidation project
b.5.2 The rules for the exchange of property rights

Assessment methods:
evaluation of participation in seminars (compulsory ) and lectures
submission of 2 seminar works during the semester
final written examination -- 25 minutes written test, participation on test is compulsory, at least 65 % of the all questions must be answered
final oral examination about land consolidation (max. 30 minutes)
