Aim of the course and learning outcomes:
The objective of the course is to introduce fundamental psychosocial background applicable in leading people and further, to develop various soft skills and competencies of an effective manager.

Basic terms of managerial psychology (allowance 8/8)

Assessment methods:
Exam, written assignment and presentation in groups.

The final exam is a 30 minute long written test (25 multiple-choice questions - a/b/c/d). Maximum is 50 point, minimum to pass is 27 points.

Students elaborate a written assignment on given topic and present their results on one of the seminars. Both assignment and presentation are evaluated by the tutor of the course.
