Aims of the course:
To acquaint students with the general principles of the formation of primary and secondary legal regulations in the contemporary Czech legal code and with the use of legal standards in project management. To introduce the principles of interpretation and application of constitutional provisions and the legislative process, the function of law, civic, intellectual and organizational corporate law. The aim of the course is to teach students how to be well informed about the complex legal issues, how to search adequate laws and to apply legal standards in project management and to recognize unfair competitive practices of corporate managers.
