Aims of the course:
Aim of the course: The aim of the course is acquire knowledge in the economic and financial system of a firm, the ability to actively influence the economic results of a firm and the ability to suggest possible solutions to problems arising from a firm's economic activities

2.Enterprise, entrepreneurship, forms of business organizations/enterprises (allowance 1/0)
3.Economic system of a firm (allowance 2/0)
4.Technical-economic relations to the economic activity of a firm (allowance 6/4)
5.Financial base of a firm and its allocation in assets (allowance 4/0)
6.Financial results of the economic activities of a firm (allowance 6/10)
7.Turnover of cash flow in a firm (allowance 2/4)
8.Taxation of Economic activities (allowance 2/0)
9.Basic investment decisions of a firm (allowance 2/6)
10.The analysis of economic development of a firm (allowance 2/4)

Assessment methods:
End of course: Written exam. To be able to take part in the final written exam, the student must have the acquired the required number of point to obtain credit from the seminar work and this could be achieved by actively attending seminars and have passed the pre- evaluation and the assessment tests.
