Aims of the course:
Show the needs to focus at human resource management in businesses and organizations, which must be aware that in relation to economic, social and technological changes in 90th years, the interest in human resources is a key factor of success.
Understand that human resources in the European Union are considered as a factor of competitive advantage.

-Student can deal with the main tools of staffing as planning, recruitment, selection, placement, motivation, development and other.
-Student can use the evaluation methods of HRM
-Student get familiar with an overview of the information systems used at HRM
-Student is able to deal with Human Resource Management tools
-Student is able to set HRM company strategy and goals
-Student know the evaluation methods of HRM
