Aims of the course:
The aim of the course is to provide students with the basic theoretical
knowledge of Management, to show them how to apply the basic managerial
methods and techniques of decision making in management and in organisational
development, organisation, leadership and in applying the managerial functions.

Assessment methods:
Students are assessed using a points system that takes into account attendance at seminars, activity on them, written work and finishing is done usually by written examination, which closes the acquired points and the final grade.
