Aims of the course:
To acquaint students with the problems of small businesses, particularly with tasks in the business, start-up and successful development of small trade company.

-Evaluation of the appropriate methods of management and organization of the particular aspects of the business.

-The knowledge of the essential methods of investment assessment and ability of their application.
-The knowledge of the financial statements and ability of their essential analysis.
-To identify the risks concerned to the chosen branch of business.

Assessment methods:
The course is finished by written exam. The condition for the granting of credit is the development, presentation and defense of a business plan for setting up a student in the chosen field of trading.
