Aims of the course:
The aim of the subject is to broaden students professional skills, so they
are fully prepared for their positions in society and to introduce the theory of business
ethics, to present moral behaviour of Company as comparative benefit on market and to
present an integration of ethics to strategic planning.

2.Introduction to the Theory of Business Ethics (allowance 10/5)

d.Image and Goodwill of Corporation as Comparative Benefit on Market

3.Integration of Ethics to Strategic Planning (allowance 8/4)
a.Model of Moral Development in Corporation
b.Role of Corporate Culture and Ethical Climate
c.Principles of Ethical Leadership, Ethical Auditing

4.Management and Business Ethics (allowance 10/5)
a.Managerial Dilemma: How to make Profit and be Moral
b.Management Priorities and Management Ethics
c.Models of Ethical Decision Making
d.Stand of Manager: Ethics Face to Face

Assessment methods:
Students obtain credits for their own activity during
discussions in seminars and case study by methodology of Anderse. Final examination is by writen test. Test contain 20 questions with 4 variations of answers. Only one answer is correct.
Evaluation: Each question 5 points. Maximum points is 100, minimum 60.
