Aims of the course:
The aim of the course is to provide students with the basic theoretical
knowledge of Management, to show them how to apply the basic managerial
methods and techniques of decision making in management and in organisational
development, organisation, leadership and in applying the managerial functions.

Assessment methods:
Student receives credit for the written work and a successful written test. Student activity is assessed during seminars. The final exam is written and should demonstrate the student's knowledge of subject matter content given.
