Aims of the course:
The course approaches and clarify the audience the processes of globalization and regionalization in the current world order. Lectures will be divided into several circuits of topics.Individual blocks are intended to explain the origins of globalization, current trends and projections of the future world social and economic development. There will be analyzed the causes, forms and effects of political, economic and socio-cultural impacts of globalization and related processes on developing countries. In the lectures will be performed the views on globalization trends from the leading Czech and foreign sociologists, political scientists, philosophers and economists. Regionalisation trends are explained in the context of the institutional and integration process in various world regions.
