Aim of the course and learning outcomes:
Knowledge of basic concepts of building and civil laws, learn to design and assess the most important buildings from construction.
 
Course content:
1.
The issue of building structures with a focus on residential buildings and building management of forest plants (allowance 3/3)
 
a.
Structural systems of building construction.
b.
Drawing of the construction drawings to the standards.

2.
Design of foundation structures, substructure waterproofing. (allowance 3/3)
 
a.Drawings of excavations and foundations.

3.
The vertical structure (allowance 3/3)
 
a.
Partitions.
b.
Drawing of floor plan in scale 1: 50.

4.Horizontal structure, construction and hanging receding. (allowance 3/3)
 
a.Drawing of floor structures.

5.
Design of staircases - nomenclature, structural and dimensional requirements for the solution. (allowance 3/3)
 
a.
Drawing of the staircase in the floor plan and cutting.

6.
Methods of roofing, roof truss structures and metal work. (allowance 3/3)

Roof coverings.
b.Drawing roofs, flat roofs.

7.
Basic knowledge of technical building equipment. (allowance 3/3)
8.
Basic concepts of reconstruction and modernization of buildings. Timber buildings. (allowance 3/3)

Assessment methods:
During the semester draws four drawings (floor 1st floor, drawing basics, vertical incision and views) that the exercises presented for inspection. The credit week surrenders printed drawings with a technical report in the folder.
The exam is oral. Student responds to questions 3 lectures 20 to 30 minutes. For each question the student must answer at least good.
