Aim of the course and learning outcomes:
Course objective: 1 Gaining knowledge about the construction and technical parameters of the stationary lines with a particular focus on the stationary transport articles. Second Get skills to design the basic technical parameters of the stationary transport facilities as part of the line. Third Acquisition of competence to assess the suitability of each method of stationary traffic for the line.
 
Course content:
1.
Characteristics and basic concepts of stationary equipment. (allowance 8/8)
 
a.
Stationary activity-based systems.
b.Calculation of the volume of work and required performance block the development scheme and the calculation of the performance.
c.Calculation of operating rooms, labor and energy performance, setting of operational reliability and economic efficiency.

Access technical cells in stationary systems. (allowance 10/10)

Profile and a bucket conveyors.
b.Worm and pneumatic conveyors.

Trays and feeders.
d.
Pallets and palletizing, Draft stationary line 1

3.
Stationary systems for transport and storage of liquids (allowance 10/10)

Assessment methods:
For the award of credit is required at least 75% attendance at seminars and submitted individual exercise protocols.
The course is completed by exam which has two parts. The first part is written in the form of the test (40 % of the mark). After student passes the test (minimum 70 %), oral examination continues. Followed by a debate with the examiner about specific topics, which were discussed during the semester (60 % of the mark).
