Aim of the course and learning outcomes:
The aim of the course is to deepen knowledge about the practical use of tools for project management. The course develops the ability to effectively use project management tools and their integration into corporate information systems. Students will gain a basic overview of the possibilities of using information technology for key areas of project management and will master the use of selected software in the project life cycle.

Introduction and definition of basic terms and content of the course (allowance 1/0)

Business information systems and their functions (allowance 1/1)
3.Project management tools and their integration into enterprise management system (allowance 2/1)
4.Use of ITC for project management (allowance 2/1)
5.SW project management application (allowance 6/3)
6.
Basic principles and tools of process management (allowance 6/3)
7.
Project design in the SW application (allowance 4/2)
8.
Project defence (allowance 2/1)

Assessment methods:
Credit is conditioned by 80% attendance at classes and the submission and defense of a semester project.
The exam is written, consisting of 5 open questions.
