Aim of the course and learning outcomes:
To equip students with knowledge and a strong foundation in the field of management and to build their skills and abilities to use modern methods of management for decision-making in the
\/’ diverse areas of management.

Assessment methods:
Credit is awarded to students for:
1.The fulfilment of assigned project – a paper analysing and elaborating on the topics specified in the area of the subject matter.
2.Final examination in written form consisting of the issues discussed in the lectures.
3.The award of credit is based on the point system. The total number of points for the subject is 100 points, achievable by the following activities:

Participation in seminar activities and exercise - maximum 30 points. Student must get a minimum of 15 points from this part to pass the subject. If a student get 15 or less from seminar activities, he / she has not pass and will not be awarded any credit.

Written seminar paper - The subject of the seminar paper will be announced by the teacher. During the course, the teacher will announce the date of the presentation and the deadline for submitting the seminar paper.

Final written exam – the final exam is compulsory, and the minimum number of points needed for the successful completion of the written exam is 35. The maximum score is 70. The final grade of all students will be published posted to the UIS.
