Aim of the course and learning outcomes:
Main objective of this subject is to develop the professional contact of students with the quickly developing information-communication technologies (ICT), and with their implementation in information systems (IS) of various types and orientation. A part of this objective is also monitoring the progress of IS issues themselves (theory and practice), and their wider interconnection with practice, i.e. with social and economic development.
Course content:
Issues of design of extensive SW applications, and IS projecting, instruments, methodologies of projecting, structured and object-oriented analyses and designs. (allowance 0/0)
2.Current trends of system integration and ICT development, connections of changes in economic process sets of the ERP, SCM, CRM, BI, and others, including their influence on architecture and effective procedure of formation systems in all stages of project life cycle. Systems for process description and definition of IS specification and functionality by management, project management. (allowance 0/0)
Other components of support of decision-making processes on all levels of management, e.g. utilization of artificial intelligence methods, knowledge management systems, IS service architecture, consulting and geographic IS. (allowance 0/0)
