Aim of the course and learning outcomes:
Students learn basic techniques of forecasting services, its organization and regulation. Explain the basic characteristics of traffic flows, and consequently learn the basic rules for cold draft key elements of communication. The necessary extent will also recited planning issues in relation to the necessary traffic engineering documentation, which is essential knowledge for decision-making bodies and local communities.

Assessment methods:
For the award of credit is required at least 75% attendance at seminars and submitted individual exercise protocols.

The course is completed by oral exam, which takes 30 minutes. Students will draw topics based on subject content. Then he has time to prepare. Upon successful completion of the examination (minimum 70%) is a mark entered into the index / UIS.
