Aim of the course and learning outcomes:
Students obtain new knowledges in area of specific corporate shere and public area, first of all the focus is on management of this project ahd their financial resources. Concretely the target point are innovation project and corporate fiannce (M&A, PE, VC, IPO). Students obtain also new experience with the project which are on the porder between corporate and public spehere - PPP project and theirs possibilities. Part of lectures will be focused on the practice part of this type of project, the lectures will be external specialist in the field of private equity, M&A or PPP.

Assessment methods:
Written exam with the possibility of next oral part. Minimum from the written part is set on 60 %. The condition is credit which student obtain for the presentation of his innovation business plan or case study.
