Aim of the course and learning outcomes:
The objective of the classes is to get an overview of the system of higher plants including their importance in ecosystems. Practical knowledge of ca 320 kinds of major European herbs, trees and vines.

Assessment methods:
The course ends with an examination. Requirements for credit is a practical knowledge of vascular plants, good results in the continuous tests, participation in exercises semester and major exercises and delivery and presentation of seminar work.
