Aims of the course: |
Target of the subject is to grand the knowledge from the branch of complex quality management, the acquirement of main principles, which are important for the quality of final products in entire PDCA cycle. It means in the stage of developing, production, delivery including a customer service in the duration of guarantee and after the duration of guarantee, the effective analysis incoming quantity into the production process, the role of firm management in QM, process quality management. |

1. | History of testing, systems of quality management, quality system security in wood treatment production (allowance 2/1) | 2. | Principles of certification, metrology with quality pyramid in QMS, quality policy, principles of quality audits, managed documents (allowance 2/0) | 3. | Metrology nad testing (allowance 2/1) | 4. | Quality standards on operation ČSN EN ISO 9000,9001,9004 (allowance 2/0) | 5. | Modern integrated systems of quality, acquirement main principles that have the most important influence on quality of final products (allowance 2/0) | 6. | Process quality management, definition of process, methods of quality planning and controls, systems of measurement in QMS (allowance 2/1) | 7. | Tools and methods of the continual improvement of quality, merit and procedure of management quality, cycle of PDCA, method of Quality Journal, strategy of six sigma (allowance 3/1) | 8. | Management review of quality management, benchmarking, SWOT analysis, (allowance 2/1) | 9. | Policy of quality in pre-production stage. Assessment methods: |
The course is completed after delivering four computing protocols of quality control ( control chart , histogram, fishbone diagram ) and an oral examination. The exam consists of two questions in the field of quality management. Student must be in the oral test - show good orientation and knowledge in the field of quality management. |
