| Aims of the course: |
| Target of the subject is to grand the knowledge from the branch of complex quality management, the acquirement of main principles, which are important for the quality of final products in entire PDCA cycle. It means in the stage of developing, production, delivery including a customer service in the duration of guarantee and after the duration of guarantee, the effective analysis incoming quantity into the production process, the role of firm management in QM, process quality management. |

| Assessment methods: |
| The course is completed after delivering four computing protocols of quality control ( control chart , histogram, fishbone diagram ) and an oral examination. The exam consists of two questions in the field of quality management. Student must be in the oral test - show good orientation and knowledge in the field of quality management. |
