Aim of the course and learning outcomes:
The course is focused on an application of evaluation process in the field of public finance. The course further develops knowledge about evaluation obtained in the course "Programy a strategie ve verejném sektoru". The course also continues in the application of a evaluation's theory -- especially in the field of the EU structural funds absorption in the Czech republic. An analysis of some representative evaluative activities in the Czech republic (and their results) is also an integral part of this course. Finally, a creation of own subjective positions related to results of this analysis is preferred during the lessons.

3.Subjects of evaluation in role of evaluation's administrator. A question of objectivity. (allowance 2/1)
4.Phases of evaluation process. Evaluation management. (allowance 4/2)
5.System of evaluative indicators and its application in the field of evaluation. (allowance 4/2)
6.A question of evaluation's quality. Evaluative table as an auxiliary instrument at evaluation of individual work of a evaluation-team member. (allowance 4/2)
7.A capacity of evaluation in the Czech republic and its development. (allowance 2/1)
8.
The results of evaluation activities in the Czech republic in the context of a Regional and Structural Policy's implementation. (allowance 8/4)

Assessment methods:
The course is finished with the written exam. Two 60 minutes written tests (each one has a share of 50 % of the total mark) during the semester. Student has to receive minimum 69 percents from maxim 100 in each test in order to receive the mark. Participation on tests is compulsory. Credit is granted for two recognized cas studies and it is compulsory for final exam participation too.
