Aim of the course and learning outcomes:
Course content follows course Ecology I. - the most important characteristic of the first climax in the biosphere biomes. In the frameworks of ecological differences of climate, geological, pedological and geobotanical characteristics are measured species diversity, energy flow, trophic structure of ecosystems and the cycles of substances. The options are given examples of habitat models. Research results of Odum et al., Duvigneaud et al., Begon/Harper, Townsend et al. are used in during the lessons.

Learning activities and teaching methods:
Conditions for granting the credit: a)80% attendance at seminars; b) 100% participation in field work.
Submitted seminar work (LAND USE) - map of the current use of the area of 500 ha in scale 1: 10000 with a selection of 10 more detailed sites.
Oral examination of two semesters (Ecology I. + Ecology II.)
