Aim of the course and learning outcomes:
The aim of study is to gain insight into the economic contex of agriculture development and its related activities in the entire chain of production, processing and distribution of products of agricultural origin in regional development. Students acquire knowledge about the theoretical foundations and practical implications of agribusiness, with the nature and context of globalization and integration processes in the agrarian sector, their influence on the new model of agriculture in global and regional contexts and assess the reflection of these changes in the concepts and effects of agricultural policy.

Assessment methods:
Credit conditional successful presentation and defense of specified commodity studies The exam consists of written and oral. The results of written part test,50 min, min. 36, max. 60 points) form the basis of assessment (60% grade), oral exam makes up 40% of the final evaluation.
