Aim of the course and learning outcomes:
Detailed knowledge of macroscopic, microscopic, submicroscopic structure of wood, processes of wood formation, formation of wood defects and chemical composition of wood, including practical identification of wood on the base of macroscopic and microscopic features.

- practical test of wood identification -- microscopic samples (at least 3 of 4 samples)
