Aim of the course and learning outcomes:
The goal is to provide information about microscopic techniques using in making of permanent microslides of plant tissues. The subject is especially focused on secondary tissues (xylem and phloem) and secondary meristematic tissue -- cambium. Student will be able to make and analyse microslides after course alone.
