Aims of the course:
To familiarize students with duties which have to be secured from the intention to realize a concrete building to its putting into operation. Law and standards knowledge relating to an engineering and implementation working, individual professions and their corelation. Basic requirements for building implementation, contructive systems of buildings, drawing documenatation.
 
Course contents:
1.Constructive systems of production buildings and their choice for the said production. Subsoil effort on a base construction. Projects of restorations, adaptations, renovations and repairs of existing productive buildings, factories and production facilities. (allowance 2/0)
2.Typology of industrial production: productive scheme of a factory, productive and auxiliary plant, transport within a factory and a connection to territory transport, energy and media sources, tips, guard bands of all sources, architectonic requirements for manufactory integration in the locality and environmentalism. Inner ordering of manufactory. (allowance 6/4)
3.The summary of basic technical requirements needed for proposing of procedure and productive operation. (allowance 2/4)
4.Dimensioning of manufacturing and auxiliary operating. Practical demonstration on the factory situations. (allowance 4/4)
5.Orientation in project documentation, knowledge of thein types, content, structure and usage. Drawings of the structural engineering. (allowance 2/4)
6.Contractual relations to the project aktivity, economic and commercial codes, bankruptcies and selection prodecures. (allowance 2/2)
7.Building act and its executive and related regulations. (allowance 2/2)
8.Assessing of the impacts on the enviroment, water code, waste law, air protection, health protection, protection of agricultural and forest land resources. (allowance 2/2)
9.Investment operation, investment building-up participants, statutory discussion of an construction, construction preparation and realization. Requirements for safety and features of an construction, common technical requirements securing barrierless usage of the constructions. (allowance 2/2)
10.Projection and house inspection of the constructions and technologies in light of safety and health protection at work. Orientation in standards concerning existing problems. (allowance 4/4)

Assessment methods:
Credit - projects (works) have to be well done (technical report with project documentation) and the final test has to be succesfully passed (70%).
Exam - oral, 3 questions of the subject topics are given. The exam takes approx. 30 minutes. Essential condition of examination is previous gaining of credit.
