Aims of the course:
This learning concerned with wood hydrothermal processes. This learning concerned with wood drying processes. Lumber drying is one of the most time- and energy consuming steps in processing wood products. Educate in application special methods timber drying, know design and construction drying chambers, multiple source of heat in addition, the sensitivity of the structure to stresses set up in drying limits the drying rate; rapid drying causes defects such as surface and internal checks, collapse, splits, and warp. Absolvent can by used technical terminology. Many of these processes can be applied to native wood. Wood is a perishable material. Wood drying and steaming represents a process that is used to improve the material properties of wood, but produces a material that be disposed of at the end of a product life cycle without presenting an environmental hazard any greater than that associated with the disposal of unmodified wood.

8.Automation and controlling of process in convection chamber dryer (allowance 2/2)
9.Artifical drying of wood in dehumidification chamber, predrying (allowance 2/2)
10.Vacuum lumber drying (allowance 2/2)
11.Microwave lumber drying (allowance 2/2)
12.Other methods of wooddrying (allowance 2/2)
13.Lumber quality level assessment (allowance 2/2)
14.Acceptance and inspection of lumber dryers (allowance 2/2)
