Aims of the course:
Course objective: To acquire theoretical and practical basics of horse riding
 
Course contents:
1.Rules for activities in the riding hall (allowance 3/3)
 
a.Dressage rectangle (riding hall) and its description
b.Basic commands in the riding hall
c.Horse welfare
d.Horse tack
e.Saddling and bridling the horse
f.Care of tack

2.Rider's aids and their use (allowance 0/9)
 
a.Basic rider's aids
b.Leading the horse
c.Mounting and dismounting
d.Training the school sitting position

3.Principle of leading the horse (allowance 3/12)
 
a.Basic paces of the horse
b.Aids with seat
c.Aids with legs
d.Aids with hands
e.Rider leading the horse

4.Contact between hand and mouth (allowance 3/9)
 
a.Characteristics of contact
b.Practical training of combination of aids

5.Acquiring the riding rhythm (allowance 3/6)
 
a.Characteristics of riding rhythm
b.Training the relaxedness of the rider in all paces
c.Turns in the riding hall - leading the horse

6.Improvement in seat and leading the horse by the rider (allowance 2/3)
 
a.Seat of rider in walk and trot without stirrups
