Aims of the course:
Student should be familiar with the methodical process of landscape differentiation by geobiocoenological typology. Special attention is given to the application of knowledge in landscape planning and protection of the nature.
Course contents:
1.Geobiocenology and Landscape Ecology (allowance 2/0)
a.The link of prof. A. Zlatník
b.Individual and typological landscape division, comparison of different classification systems of vegetation and biota

2.Biogeographycal frames of vegetation of Czech Republic (allowance 2/0)
3.Geobiocenological typology (allowance 8/4)
4.The principals of konstruction of map of groups of types of geobiocenes (allowance 0/4)
5.Differentiation of the current state of the landscape, habitat and landscape mapping (allowance 3/2)
6.Categorization of geobiocenosis according to the intensity of anthropogenic impact and degree of ecological stability (allowance 2/0)
7.Examples of applications of Geobiocoenology and landscape ecology (allowance 8/4)
8.Excursions (allowance 0/0)
