Aims of the course:
Students will familiarize with product quality and reliability assessment methods. They will gain basic information about repair operation control and production logistics. They will be able to take responsibility for machine and equipment serviceability ensurance by themselves or by using the service in particular company.
 
Course contents:
1.Product quality and reliability (allowance 4/6)
 
a.Product quality assessment
b.Machine reliability assessment
c.Machine failures classification and machine components impairment

2.Basic terms in logistics, store management (allowance 4/4)
3.Technique dealings, Czech and international directives specifying foreing trade (allowance 4/4)
4.Projection, organization and control of repair operations (allowance 0/0)
5.Machine and equipment serviceability ensurance (allowance 12/10)
 
a.Technical service of typal groups of machines
b.Machine and individual machine groups diagnostics
c.Machine components renovation
d.Universal procedure of complex machine reparation
e.Technical inspection of vehicles and emission measure

Assessment methods:
The course is ended on the basis of the exam which has two parts. The first part is the written test (questions and short answers) and the second part is the oral exam.
Success rate at least 60%.
