Aims of the course:
Students learn basic terminology of Engineering. After an exam student should be able to professional communicate with technicians, staff sellers and repairmen. Student will be also manage to judge suitability of designed material, corrosion protection and technology of specific machinery components and technical parameters of machines and equipment.

Assessment methods:
For awarding the credit is required a drawing of specific technical machine part. I tis required to pass two written tests successfully (1 - Engineering Technology, 2 - machine parts + physical basis techniques) with 60% success rate.
The test includes didactic test on the computer (min. 60% success rate) and an oral part, where the student draws two or three questions. It also examines the understanding of the training programs in the field of engineering.
