Aims of the course:
Understanding of the main physical laws, requiered for following study at MeU. Development of the skills to independet analyse technical problem. Application of the physical laws in real problems of electrotechics. Introduction into modern physics. Practical excercises focused on measurement of physical magnitudes. Elaboration of laboratory protocol and result analysis.

2.Modern physics (allowance 2/2)
 
a.Electromagnetic field
b.Bohr's model of hydrogen atom
c.Fundamentals of quantum physics
d.Special theory of relativity

Assessment methods:
Credit, Examination.
Credit is obtained after success in writen test, 60% of the total mark. Test is written at end of the course and is focussed on talked over topics. Examination is oral, student draws 2-3 questions, depends on writen test results. Questions list is published on internet. One question is focused on solution of given theoretical problem.
