Aim of the course and learning outcomes:
Student gains essential knowledge of business finace, basics of financial management and financial decision-making included. Property and financial structures are analysed as well as their influences on business operations. Methods and models of financial analysis are also presented.

Assessment methods:
Study of the subject is finalized with exam. Students are continually evaluated during the semester based on their activity in seminars and on two mid- term tests. Exam is written. Final mark is composed of results of the exam, results of the credit test and mid-term evaluation.
