Aims of the course:
Initiation of contract and business plan, Technical and organizational assurance of construction, Construction management
 
Course contents:
1.Initiation of contract and business plan (allowance 0/24)
 
a.Elaboration of call for tenders and offer to work (construction) of landscape architecture (in groups: the investor -- the company).
b.Elaboration of business plan, determination of conditions of feasibility -- setting minimum conditions and achievable conditions

2.Technical and organizational assurance of construction (allowance 0/24)
 
a.The plan providing material assurance of construction including the strategy to minimize costs
b.Human resourses -- calculation of labour input and distribution of workforce
c.The schedule of construction

3.Construction management (allowance 0/12)
 
a.Construction site facilities and related problems, building diary, safety at work

4.Completion of construction (allowance 0/12)
 
a.Requirements and participants of building approval, evaluation of achievement of the construction

Assessment methods:
Exam - classification is based on total count of marks gained at colloquiums during elaboration of the project and of marks gained for final evaluation of it (comprehensiveness of the project and its presentation -- poster and verbal act as well. The evaluation consists of three critic. In 1 criticism is possible to obtain 10 points in the second criticism of 50 points in the 3rd criticism of 40 points. Sum of the points corresponds to the final mark. Minimum number of points for obtaining test is 51-grade E. The maximum number is 91 to 100 points - grade A.
