Aim of the course and learning outcomes:
To offer essential knowledge needed for consequential subjects dealing with technology and techniques of forest operations. The main focus is given to problems of biological and environmental needs and technical possibilities to fulfil these needs wit respect to economical suitability. The knowledge should be used for decision making in the field of convenient technical means every when and everywhere machinery is used for reducing the proportion of direct labour and animal work, increases of labour productivity, occupational safety and hygiene.

Assessment methods:
Finished by a credit and exam.
The credit condition - handover and defence of individual and team projects designated from exercises, passing of basic knowledge ticking test. I total, students have to reach 120 points from 140 of possible points, where at least 20 points should be earned in ticking test.
For final examination 52 questions have been displayed and the exam consists from both written and also oral part, respectively. The duration of exam is in average 1 hour.
