Aim of the course and learning outcomes:
Provide the knowledge of the legal regulation of internaln and external law of the EU internal market under the aspects of continuous develompent of the primary and secondary EU law and dce EU case law
Course content:
Foundation of EC and EU (allowance 2/1)
Institucional structure of the EU (allowance 2/1)
Sources of EU law (allowance 2/1)
Enforcement and court protection of the EU law (allowance 2/1)
Internal omarket of the EU (allowance 4/2)
Competition in the EU (allowance 4/2)
Consumer protection v EU (allowance 2/1)
Business companies in EU (allowance 2/1)

Assessment methods:
Teaching is closed by assignment of cretit depending on the successful presentation of selected EU court case relating to the EU Economic law (50 %) and participation on defined number of seminars (50 %) .
The module itself is closed by awaeding of credit (30 % ) and successful passing of written exam text (70 %). The Successful passing requires obtaining of at least 58 % of the max. available points.
