Aims of the course:
The subject is obligatory. The subject behoves to application basis. The subject gives basic information about machine components of furniture machines.
 
Course contents:
1.Technical materials (allowance 2/1)
 
a.Ferrous and nonferrous metals
b.Non-metallic matrials (natural and synthetic)

2.Tension and tests machine components (allowance 2/1)
 
a.Mode stress and strength calculations machine components
b.Material tests of machine components and tools

3.Tool materials and it's heat treatment (allowance 2/1)
 
a.Materials for woodworking tools
b.Heat treatment and super hard layer

4.Demountable joints (allowance 2/1)
 
a.Screwed, pinned and housed jonts, calculation of screwed joint
b.Wedges, slip tongues and clam joints

5.Non-demontable joints (allowance 2/1)
 
a.Welded, soldered and glued joints
b.Riveted and pressed joints

6.Spring parts and transfer parts (allowance 2/1)
 
a.Springs
b.Roller and friction bearings
c.Shafts and spindles, calculation of critical revolutions

7.Shaft clutchs (allowance 2/1)
 
a.Mechanically uncouple and pernament clutchs, basic calculation
b.Hydrodynamic and electrodynamic clutchs

8.Friction drives (allowance 2/1)
 
a.Friction direct drives

a.Power sources and energy transfer in woodworking machines
