Aim of the course and learning outcomes:
The course is focused on understanding the problems of public procurement. The aim of this course is to clarify public procurement in common terms of public authorities as well as current trends in this theme. The course focuses on explaining the approaches to procurement and ways to organize the resources needed for effective procurement. Students will get acquainted with the current public procurement in the context of national and European legislation.

Assessment methods:
Credit is given after submitting and approving a case study. Obtaining credit is necessary to log on the final exam. The course ends with a written exam, which will include both the test and open questions.
